Text Box: 5K Doggone-Walk-A-Thon — Registration Form Saturday, November 14, 2009 — 9:00 a.m. If you cannot join us by walking, please consider making and obtaining pledges for this event.   All proceeds raised will benefit HOPE. Event will take place rain or shine. For the safety of all, dogs must be on a secure collar [such as training, martingale, gentle leader, harness or other] and 4 to 6 foot leash [no retractable leads].  All dogs must be wearing a current license tag or have current license documentation in order to participate in this event. No aggressive dogs permitted.  Children under 16 may not participate without adult supervision.
